Search result previews in Vector skin

A misconfiguration was causing search result previews to not appear when using the Vector skin. Now, suggested results will appear as you type in the search box at the top of the screen.

Improved notification systems

VNDev Wiki now makes it easier to stay in the loop about your edits & account! Check out these new types of information that are now at your fingertips:

In the top right of any skin, you should now see a new Notifications icon while logged in. You can get lots of types of notifications - when someone mentions you, if your edit was reverted, or if you've reached a new edit milestone, for example! You can adjust what notifications you receive in the new Notifications tab of your Preferences.
We now have "Thanks"! If someone makes an edit that you appreciate, please give them a "thanks" by clicking the button on the page history. This will send a notification to their notifications menu! Sending thanks is a great way to show your appreciation and encourage the work of editors you appreciate.
Hit counts! Now, every page on the wiki will track the number of times it has been viewed. The number will appear in the footer, underneath the date last modified. We hope that seeing the number of people who read the pages you've worked on will help you see how valuable editing work is. Please keep in mind that these statistics all start at 0 as of today (May 5th).

In accordance with the previous update, the Timeless and Vector 2010 skins have been removed. As part of these changes, Extension:DarkMode has also been removed - it is no longer the correct way to use dark mode for any skin. See instructions below for enabling dark mode.

Skin refresh & dark mode compatibility

VNDev Wiki has gotten a facelift! Our "skins" have been updated. You can choose from three options:

Vector 2022 - the default desktop skin, a good all-rounder.
Minerva Neue - the default mobile skin. Adjusts the size & shape of the interface for ease of use on touchscreens.
Citizen - A sleek & simple design.
The "Timeless" and "Vector 2010" themes are not recommended. They are being phased out and will be removed in the coming months.

Even better news - with various template & styling updates made, you should see improved dark mode performance for all three of these skins!

Logged in users can change their skin by going to Preferences > Appearance.

Dark mode can be enabled/disabled in the following locations:

Vector: Preferences > Appearance
Minerva: Top left menu > Settings (only works on mobile)
Citizen: Gear icon at the bottom of the screen
